Directorate Change

The Company today announces that Ping Xu has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

The board would like to thank Mr Xu for all his efforts over the past years and wish him every success for the future.

The Board has decided not to fill the vacated position at present as a cost-saving measure in the current economic climate. Two UK-based Non Executives continue to serve on the Board of Directors.
